We received the international certificate as Socially responsible employer for the reconciliation of professional, private, and family life. This proves that we understand this area as a mission, and our focus is the care for people and the quality of their future.

Social responsibility is one of Hidria’s core values. This has been now confirmed once more with the certificate Socially Responsible Employer for the area Reconciliation of professional, private, and family life. This certificate is the only one of its kind in Slovenia which also monitors the progress of companies and organisations in social responsibility; in a wider sense it means that we have been successfully strengthening our social responsibility in all business processes of the corporation, in particular with the aim of employee motivation and satisfaction.

The international certificate Socially responsible employer was awarded by the Ekvilib Institute specialised in monitoring, analysing, and promoting policies and practices of socially responsible and sustainable operations.

In this way we improve the reconciliation of the private and professional life of our colleagues, intergenerational cooperation and also ethical management and non-discrimination as well as occupational safety and health.  The employees get better work conditions, and at the same time we also establish flexible forms of work organisation and improve the work climate and culture. To implement and develop the basic and additional measures in social responsibility, we also established a special team of colleagues from various areas of the corporation; employees can address it with their questions and initiatives.
