After February 2020, the Covid-19 epidemic shaped the destiny of fair organisers, as practically no fairs too place during this time. Now our Lamtec business unit with its laminations and rotors was again, after a gap of over two years, presented at an international fair in Ulm in Germany.
At the fair in Ulm, we focused mostly on solutions for laminations and rotors for electric motor drives for electric and hybrid vehicles. These became a constant and daily topic for each potential buyer of a new car. Currently, all car makers have available hybrid solutions which partly use an internal combustion engine to drive and charge the battery, but also fully electrically driven vehicles without emissions.
Today we can still talk with most car dealers about buying a diesel or petrol version of a car; in a few years everyone making the decision about buying a new car will talk only about this or that version of a vehicle driven solely by electric motors.
The market jump and trends in this direction offer us numerous positive challenges for our growth. Namely, we are involved in the development and supplies to key producers of hybrid and electric vehicles with our laminations and electrical steel packs. In this way we significantly contribute to co-creating the mobility of the future and the preservation of our living environment.
