This year’s summer meeting of the Hidria Management was held in Portorož, Slovenia. We analysed our past successful operation, outlined guidelines for our further growth and thanked the best innovators. Despite the many challenges, we are optimistic about the future.
In the first half of the year, our business was successful and as planned. All business units and competence centres continue in the marked direction, they also acquire new important nominations and projects which make our continued successful growth possible. Recently we also built a modern digitised logistics centre with the latest storage and dispatch equipment for our newest electronically commutated fans and started building a high-tech centre for the development and production of laminations for electric motors for electric and electrified vehicles of the future. It will open in the second half of 2023.
We face many challenges, especially rapidly growing prices of materials and energy products and shortages of electronics. We carefully monitor the situation and daily make the best decisions for Hidria and its operations.
We address the challenges of the future as part of the strategic planning process for our further development. By analysing megatrends, we attempt to understand the future better than others and pro-actively co-create it through our vision and strategy. We focus on innovations in products, technologies, and processes, as well as business models and digitisation. We are determined to continue to strengthen our growth, especially in the development and production of innovative solutions for the electromobility of the future, highly efficient fans for the segment of heating, cooling and ventilation, and advanced sensors.
With our innovations, the future begins now.
All these good results and achievements were not possible without the dedicated, competent, and innovative colleagues who are the key to our growth and development. Therefore, at the meeting we also gave awards to our best innovators. The awards for all innovations follow in September at a special Hidria meeting dedicated to innovation.
Thank you, all colleagues from Hidria, for your innovative and dedicated work. Together, we go on – even stronger and even more connected.
