Last week Detroit, USA, hosted one of the major fairs in the fields of electric and hybrid vehicles, the Battery show and the Electric & Hybrid vehicle technology expo. This year, for the first time, Hidria independently presented its Hidria Lamtec business unit among more than 600 exhibitors.

The Hidria Lamtec business unit, which, with the help of its strategic partner Orchid International, promotes sales activities in the US, presented itself at the fair with laminations and electrical steel package solutions for the automotive industry. It offered visitors, potential customers and partners up-to-date main drive motor systems and 48V systems as well as already established control and cooling segments.

The fair has expanded rapidly in recent years, both in terms of the number of exhibitors and, in particular, the number of visitors, which is why our presence at the fair strengthens the recognition of the Hidria brand in the US market as well. For the first time we also presented products based on the new innovative technology of lamination bonding which attracted great interest among customers.
